This project includes four high end town houses that span across varying levels, breaking up the visual bulk and adding interest to the architecture of the building. The design makes a point of celebrating communal spaces between the homes and in the entryways through beautiful gardens, green walls and breakout zones with paving, decking and seating.
The homes have been designed by Plus Architecture to have a sustainability focus, featuring cross ventilation in living areas, an abundance of natural light to all levels, solar hot water panels and rainwater tanks for landscape irrigation.
Each room features meticulously detailed joinery with luxury finishes including grand oak timber floorboards in the living spaces and wool carpets in the bedrooms. Functionality and practicality is a focus with the media room joinery doubling as a study desk, while the fireplace joinery covers the TV when not in use (similar to our Lubelso homes).
The kitchens include a dedicated butler’s pantry with Blum fittings, as well as Miele appliances and fully integrated refrigerators and dishwashers. The bathrooms have been lavishly decorated with mosaic wall tiles, freestanding baths, marble vanities and framed overhead storage.
We’re excited to be a part of the development of such an impressive property and look forward to sharing progress shots with you over the coming months.
