Our experienced construction team pride themselves on delivering top quality residential, retail and commercial projects across Melbourne on time and on budget. We apply a proven strategy to ensure no detail is overlooked whether a project’s value is $1 million or $100 million.

Our dynamic nature allows us to adjust to the market, leading to the completion of a variety of residential projects from 5 boutique dwelling project in Brighton (contract value $9million) to an 8 stage town house development in Kew (contract value $68 million).

Owned and Managed Projects

After 20 years experience designing and building custom homes and renovations, Canny has used this expertise to develop our own development projects whereby the business controls the entire project from land acquisition to design to construction.

Our property development projects have put us in a good position to work with large land developers as part of our Canny Projects offering, allowing us to gain expertise in project managing projects of a larger scale.
