Home swimming pool designs have evolved far beyond the traditional kidney shaped pool in the backyard. Clients are now using designer pools from luxury resorts as inspiration for their own pools to recreate the experience they had while they were on holiday.
The biggest trend at the moment is recreating the “reflective water” look which immediately makes a visual statement which can be done by building a wet edge pool. This style of pool is often referred to as an infinity edge, knife edge, negative edge and wet deck pools which all use different techniques to create a similar look.
We’ve used these images of the top resort pools in the world as inspiration for the look our Integrated Pools team can achieve in your home (named in order of appearance).
